Nimble Pets offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for peace of mind!

How to Claim Your Money Back:

1. If you are not fully satisfied with our product, email our customer care team at info@thenimblepets.com with your review and desire for a refund. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

2. After receiving authorization, return the product in its original packaging through a traceable method within 30 days from receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be the total paid minus shipping and handling (S&H) and a 20% restocking fee.

3. Incomplete or unclear claims will not be processed.

4. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

Contact us at info@thenimblepets.com if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval.

Additional Terms Apply:

• Limit of 2 returns per customer to prevent abuse of the policy.
• International sales are final; no refunds or returns will be accepted.
• Order cancellations before fulfillment are fully refunded.
• For defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a resolution.
• Failed deliveries may incur additional shipping for a reship.
